We collaborate with manufacturers who have experience with complex projects and work with production executives who supplement the number of workers be it day or night, to make sure the job is done well and on time. We coordinate production workers who apply details and repeat the process thousands of times until the work is icely finished. We closely collaborate with our IT colleagues who simplify our online work and provide us with solutions. Our couriers sometimes help us pack the parcels and deliver them by scooter when it’s urgent.
Paul helps us work in a fast and efficient manner. He comes up with internal workflows and software that simplify our work, analyzes, points out strengths and weaknesses, and then helps us improve.
Iulia comes up with sales strategies, negotiates, analyzes and finds solutions to the most complicated issues. She always says “I’ll find a way and call you back” and is the one who juggles best with our deadlines.
Iulian is not often in the office. He coordinates artists, writers, locations and always keeps up with calendars and planners. Are you planning an event, big or small? Iulian will propose a great concept and implementation process.
